Our mobile racking systems have been the basis for efficient warehouse logistics for our customers for many years. In addition to our own high standards of quality and efficiency, they also offer other decisive special features: 

• Efficiënte toepassing in de gekoelde opslag: de combinatie van verrijdbare stellingen, transportbandtechnologie en krachtige elektrische aandrijvingen maken onze systemen de ideale uitrusting voor uw diepvriesmagazijn. De kleine ruimte die nodig is, bespaart ook energiekosten.

• Veilig en ongevalvrij werken: De verrijdbare palletstellingen zijn uitgerust met noodstopknoppen, lichtbarrières, handmatige ontgrendelingssystemen, afstandssensoren en veiligheidslichtbarrières. Op deze manier leveren ze een belangrijke bijdrage aan soepele en ongevalvrije processen in het magazijn.

• Intelligente systeembesturing: Elke verrijdbare stelling is uitgerust met een moderne programmeerbare logische besturing (PLC) met geïntegreerde veiligheid.  Deze bewaakt onder andere de beveiliging van het hele systeem via toegangslichten en de gangpaden door middel van voetlichtbarrières aan beide zijden van elke trolley, waardoor een veilige werking van het systeem wordt gegarandeerd. Verbinding met een hoger magazijnbeheersysteem is mogelijk via een interface.

• Aardbevingsbestendige constructie: Zoals veel van onze producten zijn verrijdbare stellingen robuust geconstrueerd en bestand tegen de meeste aardbevingen. Een versnelling van 1 m/s² is standaard geen probleem. Als de verrijdbare stellingen worden geïnstalleerd in een gebied met een hoger aardbevingsrisico, kunnen ze ook worden aangepast om aan de hogere eisen te voldoen. Neem contact met ons op!

• Effectieve brandbeveiliging: Effectieve brandbeveiliging: Onze verrijdbare stellingen kunnen ook worden uitgerust met verplaatsbare sprinklersystemen voor een effectieve brandbeveiliging. In dit geval kan de toevoerleiding van de sprinkler flexibel of via schaarverbindingen zijn. Ongeacht bij welke leverancier u uw brandbeveiligingssysteem aanschaft, onze verrijdbare legborden kunnen er ideaal mee worden gecombineerd.
