Digital Care is our most popular package because it combines self-responsibility with the full added value of our digital tools. Unlike Essential Care, the Digital Care package offers comprehensive digital support through the WAMAS Maintenance Center (WMC), system monitoring and customized training programs. However, unlike Total Care, you handle the operational maintenance, while SSI SCHAEFER acts as a digital enabler, partner and consultant. Your benefits: high system availability, increased internal expertise, independence, and low risk.
Security+ is an optional add-on module that can be added to any of the three service packages. It addresses the growing IT security requirements in intralogistics. For facility operators in the EU, Security+ is recommended or even required by the regulations. The module includes secure remote access, security audits, and continuous system and WAMAS application patching
Yes. As an existing customer, you can switch to a service package at any time, easily. For example, an existing technical support arrangement can be sensibly upgraded to Digital Care to gain additional value at manageable extra cost.
Scaling down is also possible, for example if you currently use a full-service arrangement but want to take on more personal responsibility in the future. Together we will analyze your current set-up and recommend the next logical step.
You can upgrade your service package (e.g. from Essential Care to Digital Care) and add optional modules at any time. You can switch to a package with a smaller scope of services (e.g. from Total Care to Digital Care) at the end of each contract term.
