Would you like to transport your goods faster, more safely and more economically? Our WEASEL Classic automated guided vehicle (AGV) is the ideal way to start automating your logistics! It adapts flexibly to your requirements and transports bins, cartons, trays and hanging goods weighing up to 35 kg to the right place at the right time. It navigates along an optical track without cost-intensive sensor elements. The advantage: The system is optimally predictable. This means you know exactly where your vehicles are going and can keep the relevant sections clear.

The WEASEL Classic is the perfect solution for more demanding tasks. In addition to a variety of manual or automated transfer locations via storage and retrieval conveyors or space-saving 90° conveyors, interfaces to conveying systems, fire doors and high-speed gates are also possible. Do you want to go high up? The WEASEL lift can be used to serve different floors, including platform levels. The fleet controller gives you full control at all times: It optimizes the system, enables efficient troubleshooting and provides comprehensive evaluations. Interfaces to systems such as MES, WMS, or ERP can also be set up.

Regardless of whether it is a new or existing warehouse: The WEASEL Classic AGV can be easily integrated into any environment and makes sequencing your transport goods simple! The system also enables fully automatic operation of your production from an automated storage system such as RackBots.

Simple navigation 

The WEASEL navigates visually on a track applied in advance, which forms a contrast to the floor. The track can either be glued on or applied directly to the floor. Turning decisions are made with the help of RFID tags. Every movement is predictable thanks to the predefined routes and turning options, making it perfect for working around people.

Wide range of applications

Thanks to its compact design, the WEASEL can be used in inaccessible sections. Despite its small dimensions, it transports small load carriers of various sizes in the temperature range of 2–50°C and at a speed of up to 1 m/s.

Simple installation

The optical track for navigating your WEASEL fleet can be installed in next to no time to suit your requirements. Complex sensor elements or control systems? Not necessary! The standardized control software of our automated guided vehicles is also quick and easy to install. 

Efficient charging management

Our AGVs also make thing easy for you when it comes to energy supply: You can choose to charge the maintenance-free battery packs fully automatically, for example in 3-shift operation. Alternatively, you have the option of changing the batteries manually – in 1-shift operation, for example. This means you always benefit from maximum availability of your vehicles. Depending on the system load, one battery charge is sufficient for running times of up to 12 hours!

Intelligent combinations

Manual loading and unloading or connection to your existing or new conveying systems? With WEASEL AGVs, you have all the options! Transport orders can be generated either manually, using a push button or using the WEASEL terminal, e.g. on the tablet, third-party systems (such as production machines with PLC) and your material flow system.

Manual transfer stations

Our special fleet controller sends your WEASEL to the manual transfer station, which is loaded in advance by your employees. The automated guided vehicle then picks up the small load carriers fully automatically.

Automatic transfer conveyors

Would you like to connect our WEASELs to your conveying systems? No problem: Automatic transfer units are ideal for connecting picking areas to the conveying system, for example. The transfer conveyor seamlessly picks up bins, buffers them and distributes them to the available vehicles. It can also pick up the goods and transfer them to the existing conveying system.

Connection of several operating levels

Our WEASELs enable intelligent networking of your logistics processes – at all levels! With our lifting system that bridges up to 5 levels, you can reach high up and use the entire vehicle fleet across operations.
