• Safe and accident-free working: The mobile pallet racking systems are equipped with emergency stop buttons, access light barriers, manual release systems, distance sensors and safety light barriers. In this way, they make an important contribution to smooth and accident-free processes in the warehouse.

• Intelligent system control: Each mobile racking system is equipped with a modern programmable logic controller (PLC) with integrated safety.  Among other things, this monitors the protection of the entire system via access light barriers as well as the aisles by means of foot light barriers on both sides of each trolley, thus ensuring safe operation of the system. Connection to a higher-level warehouse management system is possible via an interface.

• Earthquake-proof construction: Like many of our products, mobile racking systems are robustly constructed and can withstand most earthquakes. An acceleration of 1 m/s² is no problem as standard. If the mobile racking is to be installed in an area with a higher earthquake risk, it can also be adapted to meet the higher requirements. Talk to us!

• Effective fire protection: Our mobile racking can also be equipped with movable sprinkler systems to ensure effective fire protection. In this case, the sprinkler supply line can be either flexible or via scissor joints. Regardless of which provider you purchase your fire protection system from, our mobile shelving can be ideally combined with it.
