Whether undercarriages, frames, bins or roll containers: The autonomous guided vehicle (AGV) OSCAR quickly and safely transports heavy loads with a weight of up to 1,000 kg. Thanks to its low height and sturdy steel construction, the AGV is suitable for a variety of underride transports and also has everything under control during load transfer: Using the integrated hoist drive, load carriers are picked up and set down fully automatically. This makes OSCAR the absolute transport specialist!

OSCAR adapts perfectly to its surroundings: Even in confined spaces, the compact and agile platform AGV impresses with flexibility and a speed of up to 1.6 m/s. Its ground clearance of 25 mm makes it easy for it to negotiate uneven surfaces. The AGV is available in four variants, with different lifting heights: 80 mm, 130 mm, 160 mm and 200 mm. Do you work with particularly heavy loads? OSCAR omni XL, with its maximum load capacity of 1.25 t, can also cope with really heavy loads.

Simple operation

OSCAR makes your good transport easy: Thanks to the integrated hoist drive, loads with a weight of up to 1,000 kg can be changed fully automatically. Uneven floors? That’s no problem for the agile platform AGV – its ground clearance of 25 mm enables it to maneuver effortlessly on all surfaces. Charging the built-in batteries is also absolutely straightforward using floor contacts.

Intelligent navigation

The automated transport vehicle navigates contour-based (SLAM) using contour-based localization technology and is also capable of magnetic point navigation. Depending on the variant, it plays to its specific strengths: OSCAR omni can flexibly move over large areas and maneuver in all directions. OSCAR spin, however, can turn on the spot and masters even tight curves with ease.

Flexible manner of driving

OSCAR moves reliable even in the tightest of spaces. Despite a top speed of 1.6 m/s, the servo drives ensure optimum running smoothness and precise positioning. The differential drive also enables the AGV to drive forwards and backwards at the same speed. Depending on the drive concept, OSCAR either turns on the spot or navigates through the route flexibly.

Long-lasting safety

The robust steel construction makes OSCAR ideal for use in industrial environments. LED lights integrated into the casing ensure good visibility at all times and enable communication with the environment. Protected laser scanners with 180° or 360° circumferential visibility and emergency stop bars on all sides provide additional safety. And best of all: The AGV offers a long service life with minimal maintenance requirements.
