Processing of supplier data

As far and in case you are a supplier or prospective customers in a business relationship with us or are seeking such a relationship, we process the data required for the fulfilment of the contract or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR or, or as far as the processing of data of your employees is concerned, on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR in order to be able to ensure the initiation or fulfilment of the contract through communication with your employees.
