RackBot System Eco is a versatile and scalable “goods-to-person” solution designed for high efficiency and flexibility in warehouse operations. The automated storage and provision system increases storage density and order throughput while significantly reducing labor costs. Using autonomous ACR technology (Autonomous Case-Handling Mobile Robots), the system guarantees high picking accuracy and integrates seamlessly into existing warehouse management systems.

The modular RackBot System Eco consists of autonomous mobile robots, the RackBots, which navigate through strategic warehouse areas and reach heights of up to 12 meters. The RackBots transport up to 9 bins simultaneously to the picking station, which increases efficiency enormously. In addition to the integration of the mobile robots, the system comprises inbound and outbound work stations, flexible rack options and centralized control. It is suitable for different loading units such as cartons and bins and can handle many different dimensions.

RackBot System Flex: more flexibility through additional pallet storage

RackBot System Flex extends the functions of the RackBot System Eco and also enables the storage and automated picking of bulk goods and mixed items. It is ideal for the efficient handling of mixed picking processes and is suitable for a wide variety of items, including small, medium and large, loose or irregular products. RackBot System Flex considerably increases efficiency in warehouse operations, reduces storage space requirements and retains all the benefits of flexibility and scalability of RackBot Systems.

RackBot System Flex uses two robot technologies to optimize various storage operations: The RackBots (ACRs) move in vertical areas up to 12 meters high and enable precise warehouse management of individual bins. At the same time, the TransferBots (AMRs) handle the picking of bulk goods and palletized goods. This combination enables the efficient handling of different types of stored goods. The system also comprises inbound/outbound work stations, industrial racks, software for centralized control and supports any bin shape or even storage without bins.

RackBot System Compact is a very dense and flexible storage solution that has been specially developed for applications with high throughput and fast order processing. It optimizes the use of space through vertical storage with up to 43 bins per square meter and enables fast access to fast-moving items. With the fast RunBots (AMRs) in combination with RackBots, the Autonomous Mobile Case-Handling Robots (ACRs), the system ensures fast response times and optimized storage processes, ideal for requirements with a consistently high turnover of goods.

RackBot System Compact uses two robot technologies for maximum efficiency and fast picking. The RackBots reach up to 12 meters in height and are responsible for the strategic handling of bins within the warehouse. The RunBots operate in parallel and ensure the rapid provision of priority orders at a speed of up to 4 meters per second. The bins are linked together so that the storage space can be used optimally and fast-moving items are available quickly.
