In the first step, the picked orders are delivered in containers on a conveying system and emptied into a tilt station. From there the products are separated by hand and transported to the reader station. In the reader station, a scanner records and documents the individual products at a throughput speed of 2 m/s.
Depending on the requirements, this takes place using 1D barcodes, 2D matrix codes and RFID transponders. In the final step, the products are compiled again in containers and continue on their way to the customer.
