Human Rights Policy

In the Human Rights Policy, the management of the SSI SCHAEFER Group commits to the company's own human rights strategy and reaffirms its goal of strengthening human rights and preventing human rights violations. This includes the endeavor to only sell projects and manufactured products that comply with human rights.

Whistleblower System

The whistleblower system of the SSI SCHAEFER Group offers a protected channel that is compliant with the EU Whistleblower Directive. This platform can be used to report existing, potential, or imminent abuses - both at SSI SCHAEFER itself and within our supply chain. The whistleblower system is available to our employees as well as to customers, suppliers and all other persons who have a connection to SSI SCHAEFER. It is available seven days a week and around the clock worldwide. The menu is available in German and English. Via the free text field, notes on possible misconduct can also be entered in any language.

Information on the following topics can be submitted via the whistleblower system:

  • Corruption

  • Fraud, embezzlement, and theft

  • Competition offenses

  • Money laundering and financing of illegal activities

  • Violations of accounting and bookkeeping regulations

  • Violations of export control and sanctions regulations as well as tax or customs requirements

  • Human rights violations incl. bullying, discrimination, and harassment

  • Violations of environmental, health and safety regulations

  • Other civil and criminal violations of the Code of Conduct for Business Partners
