  • Marketing Strategy:

Create and implement a local marketing strategy for all business divisions (LS, PE, CS), ensuring alignment with the regional marketing plan and global guidelines. Develop together with Head of LS Sales Nordic the local marketing strategy to support the local sales strategy and all business development activities.

  • Marketing Plan:

Develop together with head of LS Sales Nordic comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the local market to generate marketing qualified leads increase brand visibility and market penetration.

  • Market integration

Develop a strong network to relevant key players in the local market for gathering market knowledge and a strong market presence. Localise and develop new approaches to represent the company to the market.

  • Lead Generation Campaigns:

Localise and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to attract potential customers and drive conversions.

  • Email Marketing:

Localise and implement email marketing strategies to engage with our audience, nurture leads, and drive customer retention.

  • Content Optimisation on regional   websites and SEO:

Optimise website content and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and enhance user experience.

  • Social Media Marketing:

Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and advertising campaigns.

  • Reporting Results:

Track (in Salesforce), analyse, and report to LS Sales Nordic and regional head of marketing on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

  • Paid Ads:

Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns (with the support of the dedicated Regional Digital Marketing Specialists) across various channels to maximise ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

  • Hard Copy Press:

Coordinate with print media outlets for hard copy press releases and advertisements.

  • Online Press:

Manage online press activities, including booking, content creation, and publication, to increase online visibility and brand reputation.

  • PR, case studies and Trend Articles:

Create local PR and/or case studies, plus localise existing trend articles, develop artwork, and manage publication to generate buzz and enhance brand credibility.

  • Online Banners:

Deploy online banners for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.

  • Trade Shows/Events Organisation:

Plan and coordinate local trade shows and events, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.

  • Preparation of Internal Announcements:

Draft and distribute internal announcements to keep team members informed about marketing initiatives and company updates.

  • HR Marketing:
    Lead the development and execution of HR-focused campaigns to attract new talent and strengthen employer branding.

All additional marketing tasks and initiatives.

Travel throughout the responsible region across SSI Schaefer and customer sites/locations.

You work close with Head of Sales Nordic.

  • CIM qualified (or master’s degree in communication) together with evidence of continuing professional development.

  • Strong experience of IT Marketing design - collecting, editing and creating video, photo and/or graphic content

  • Manage that relevant law is being followed

  • Previous Event Management experience

  • Proven IT skills including, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and other databases

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including coaching and advisory skills.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly with key personnel.

  • Confident in advising managers and staff on all aspects of marketing.

  • Ability to work autonomously and flexibly.

  • Collaborative mindset

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable.

  • Strong problem solving and solution finding skills to deal with challenges.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to create Marketing communications appropriate for the audience.

  • Likely to have their own existing online audience (e.g. personal blog, twitter)

  • A working knowledge of Google analytics, online and cross-channel search strategies (SEO), and Paid advertising

  • Exemplary ethics in relation to social media

  • Skilled in B-2-b social media marketing and strategy (mostly LinkedIn)

  • Project manager who effortlessly manages third parties

  • Experience with CRM platforms (salesforce)

  • Experienced in managing a CMS (content management system)

  • Experienced with (e-mail marketing automation platforms. (knowledge of Pardot is a plus) content creation, database management

  • Ability to manage budgets

  • Hands-on mentality

  • Excellent oral and written skills in Swedish and English

Office conditions and where applicable customer sites.

Travel may be part of this role so the flexibility to attend meetings and exhibitions at all SSI Schaefer sites and potential sites is required.

Overseas travel is a possibility.

Full driving license required.

Some associated event work may require a degree of fitness for setting up, manning, entertaining and packing event material.

Full Time 40hours per week – Monday to Friday  8.00 am to 17.00 and with an hour for lunch each day.
