The two-aisle shuttle system SSI Cuby with 11,000 double-deep storage locations is ideal for the compilation of orders containing medium and slow movers. After retrieval, picking is performed by piece picking robots or by two-level Advanced Pick Stations.

Maximum picking and track and trace performance with piece picking robots
The four piece picking robots are equipped with cameras for product verification. The “mastermind” of the image processing solution is the vision technology included in the logistics software WAMAS®, which identifies each picked product safely and error-free. By combining technologies and artificial intelligence (AI), unparalleled picking quality is achieved.
Items are taken from two source bins and picked into three target bins with a performance rate of more than 900 picks per hour. Both Advanced Pick Stations are equipped with scanners, which are used to handle peak order volume and for products that cannot be picked by robots.
