Optimal Use of Space and High Throughput
A 4-aisle high-bay warehouse with more than 10,000 pallet spaces for single- and double-deep storage was erected next to the existing building. It was built in a cost-optimized silo construction and is primarily used for stocking the dry goods line. By constructing in upward direction, we were able to efficiently use the limited space available, thus achieving an optimal degree of space utilization. In addition, the concept takes the relevant expansion options based on forecasted growth into account.
