Machine and plant operator (M/F/D)

As a machine and plant operator, you are responsible for the smooth functioning of the machines and plants in our production. You prepare work processes, set up machines or systems and put them into operation. You operate machines or systems and change them over, whereby you also check machine functions on test stands. Your tasks also include the regular inspection of machines to ensure that they are ready for operation. You take care of maintenance and repair as well as checking oils, coolants and lubricants. You will also be responsible for replacing wear parts such as seals, filters and hoses.

Training as a machine and plant operator (M/F/D) takes 2 years.

Operation and modification of machines and equipment
Participation in maintenance and repair work
Monitoring of ongoing production processes
Constant control of the quality of input material and finished parts

Good secondary school diploma, secondary modern school diploma or vocational school diploma
Skilled craftsmanship
Good spatial awareness
Good comprehension
Ability to work in a team and flexibility
Good knowledge of mathematics and physics
Interest in and understanding of technical/functional interrelationships
High level of commitment and willingness to learn
