The SSI LOGIMAT® warehouse lift from SSI SCHAEFER can be operated as an autonomous system on the one hand, or it can be connected to a higher-level ERP system such as SAP. Navigation takes place from the simplest tray management to article management and order processing - each project is based on a clear and reliable standard solution. If required, this can be flexibly adapted to your logistical requirements by means of simple extensions.

STAND-ALONE OPERATION WITHOUT SOFTWARE INTEGRATION

Integrated standard controller (PLC) – for greater reliability, organization, and control

The SSI LOGIMAT® Vertical Lift Module is equipped by default with a programmable logic controller (PLC) that represents the first step in IT-supported warehouse management. It is operated via a graphical user interface.

Basic functions such as requesting and returning trays, fixed-location storage, intelligent height optimization (IHO) with an automatic consolidation function, logging, or user management, are available as standard.

The standard PLC from SSI SCHAEFER controls all drives via frequency control, monitors the stored goods, and ensures reliable operation with up to four operator openings per vertical lift module.
