SSI SCHAEFER Philippines is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a proactive approach in managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HR policies and compliance, and other HR initiatives.
This role includes but is not limited to the following:
i. HR Business Partnering
Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversees HR operations, provides guidance to management, analyzes HR metrics, resolves employee relations issues and works with management to improve work relationships and productivity.Â
Drives collaboration across all departments to nurture a positive working environment.
Ensure up-to-date policies and procedures and relevant communications to all employees.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal process system that drives high performance including performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
ii. Learning & Development
Assess learning & development needs of employees.
Implement relevant programs and monitor effectiveness.
iii. Talent Acquisition & Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment & selection process, including creating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws.
Manages onboarding and off-boarding process.
iv. HR Generalist
Supervise all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team.
Supervise the Payroll Operations and Reporting.
Administer company-wide compensations and benefits & ensure market-competitive standards and in accordance with legal statutory requirements
Drives programs that promotes strong level of employee engagement
In charge of general administrative and office support duties.
About you
Knowledge, abilities and experience
Minimum 8 years of prior working experience as HR Manager
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a matrix organisation
People-oriented and results-driven
Prior experience with human resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Education, certification and qualifications
Degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification a plus
